How quickly can I expect results?
Most clients begin to notice changes within 3 months, which is why the 3-Month Longevity Transformation is designed for measurable results. Some clients see progress sooner with Concierge Services and more frequent sessions.
How do I pay for consultations and programs?
A: Once you book your session, you will pick an available day and time and pay for your session upfront using Cal.com and Stripe. For the Concierge Program, the initial booking fee is $100, and custom pricing will be sent to you once we have discussed your goals. Receipts are provided for
every transaction.
How do I stay updated on coaching availability and new resources?
Enter your email to access a free download or use the contact form to join the waitlist. If you’re on the waitlist, I’ll email you directly when a coaching spot opens, along with updates on new resources.
Why are consultations limited?
The 3-Month Longevity Transformation and Concierge Services are limited to a set number of clients to ensure each person receives personalized attention and the support needed to achieve meaningful, lasting results.
Can I still get guidance if coaching slots are full?
Yes! You can:

Are all services virtual?
Yes, all sessions are held via Google Meet. If needed, sessions can also be conducted by phone or FaceTime with your permission.
What is your cancellation policy?
- Single-session clients: 24-hour notice required to avoid full charge.
- Monthly/ongoing clients: Sessions can be rescheduled within the same week whenever possible.
How does unlimited text and email support work?
For the Longevity, Concierge, and Maintenance packages,
unlimited text and email support is available Monday through
Friday. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. If you’d like
immediate guidance while out dining or traveling, let me know
ahead of time so I can be ready to assist.
Is it required to do the 1- Hour Initial Assessment before enrolling in a program (3-Month Longevity Transformation or Concierge)?
Yes. The 1-Hour Initial Assessment is required before starting the 3-Month Longevity Transformation or Concierge Programs. This session provides focused guidance and an initial plan, ensuring you are properly onboarded. This preparation allows me to understand your health history, goals, and needs so that the full programs can be tailored for maximum results and accountability.
What is the minimum commitment for ongoing Maintenance Plan?
Maintenance or retainer plans require a minimum six-month commitment to provide consistent support, accountability, and lasting results. The first six months are billed upfront. Each month includes one 30-minute session to keep you on track with your health goals. After the initial six months, billing continues monthly. If you need to reschedule a session, you will have priority scheduling to ensure you stay supported.
Supplement Questions
Do I have to take supplements if I work with you?
Supplements are often recommended to help maximize your health goals or correct nutrient deficiencies. However, depending on your health status, medications, or personal preferences, they may not be necessary.
What brands do you recommend?
I use professional-grade brands available through Fullscript, which are verified for quality, purity, and potency. These are not the same as retail store or Amazon products.
Are supplements safe with my medications?
It depends on your specific medications and health conditions. A thorough review will determine the right supplements for you, including proper dosing and timing to ensure safety and effectiveness.
How do I order supplements?
You’ll receive a secure Fullscript link where you can easily order recommended products online, track shipments, and manage refills.
Should I buy supplements from Amazon?
I do not recommend buying supplements from Amazon for professional protocols. Products there are often unverified for quality, purity, and potency, which can reduce effectiveness or even cause harm.
