Berry Vanilla Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Califia Farms - Organic Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 cup Stonyfield Organic Whole Milk Probiotic Yogurt, Plain or Cocojune Organic Pure Coconut White
  • 2 organic Medjool dates pitted
  • 1 tbsp Shady Maple Farms Organic Grade A Maple Syrup
  • 1 scoop Designs for Health Unflavored Beef Bone Broth Powder optional
  • 1 cup frozen organic mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)

Method
 

  1. Blend ingredients: In a high-speed blender, combine coconut milk, yogurt, dates, honey, protein powder, and frozen berries. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Adjust consistency: For a thinner smoothie, add 1–2 tbsp water or more coconut milk. Blend again.
  3. Serve immediately: Pour into glasses and enjoy as a nutrient-rich breakfast or snack.

Notes

Optional: 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or cinnamon for extra flavor (Simply Organic Non-
Alcoholic Vanilla Flavoring, Madagascar or Simply Organic Ceylon Ground Cinnamon)
